Refund  Policy

At SUG Creative, we are committed to providing high-quality creative services that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we have a clear and transparent refund policy to ensure fair treatment for our clients. 

1. Refund Eligibility 

Refunds may be requested in the following circumstances: 

  • Project Cancellations: If a project is canceled by the client before work has begun, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. 

  • Work Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services or deliverables within the specified timeframe without prior communication, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the situation. 

  • Unsatisfactory Work: If the final deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon scope of work, you are entitled to request a revision or, in extreme cases, a partial refund if a resolution cannot be reached. 

2. Non-Refundable Services 

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to: 

  • Completed Work: Once the work has been completed and delivered to you, it is no longer eligible for a refund. 

  • Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred for third-party services (e.g., domain registration, software licenses, etc.) are non-refundable. 

3. Refund Process 

To request a refund, you must: 

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the final deliverables or service. 

  1. Provide a clear explanation of the issue or dissatisfaction with the work. 

  1. Work with us to find a solution, whether that be revisions, replacements, or a refund. 

Once your refund request is reviewed, we will determine the eligibility and amount to be refunded. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. 

4. Revisions and Adjustments 

We aim to ensure that all work meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the initial drafts or deliverables, we offer a set number of revisions to address your concerns. If after multiple revisions, you are still not satisfied, we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a partial refund. 

5. Refund Exceptions 

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances: 

  • If the client has failed to provide necessary feedback or materials in a timely manner, causing delays in the project. 

  • If the client requests a refund after work has been completed or delivered. 

  • If the client has requested a cancellation after work has already begun or completed. 

  • If the client has violated any terms outlined in the contract or service agreement.
