• Advance Payment: A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project. 

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before delivery of final materials. 

• Late Payments: Any overdue payments may incur additional charges, including interest.

4. Client Responsibilities

​

Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, information, and feedback in a timely manner to enable us to complete the project effectively. Delays in providing required materials may result in project delays.

5. Intellectual Property Rights 

​

• Ownership: Upon full payment for services, the client will own all deliverables produced by SUG Creative. However, we retain the right to use final project outputs in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise. 

• Licensing: SUG Creative retains ownership of all underlying intellectual property (such as design templates, software, and pre-existing work) unless explicitly transferred to the client. 

 

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep all confidential information provided during the course of the project secure. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

SUG Creative will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the case of termination, the client will be required to pay for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.

10. Modifications to the Terms SUG Creative reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
